Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. You have 10 working days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

 

To return an eligible product, fill out the 'Return Form' included in your package and send the product back to the address provided on the form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund promptly.
